Yes there is. You can create three types of schedules: Loose schedules, tight schedules and Predefined Order schedules.
A loose scheduled route is a route where the check times of each point inside the route doesn’t matter. In a loose route, the only things that matter for it being considered a correct route are:
1. Its start date & time
2. Its end date & time
Concisely, the order and the time that each point will be checked are not significant, as long as they will be checked within the defined span of the schedule.
For more information, you can refer to our web application user guide and learn more about scheduled routes.

Yes, the end customer can have its own account and see in real time the actions on the check point of his interest.
You only have to create 1 schedule (strict - non loose). Also, select the same checkpoint 16 times and type the preferred time for each.
Once the guard has pressed the SOS button, the supervisor will receive an alert on desktop, an email and an SMS. (The supervisor can also use the web application on his/her smartphone).
When a supervisor modifies a schedule, changes will be transferred to the mobile application and it's schedule section will be updated. In case the guard has already scanned one or more checkpoints of the initial schedule, the changes will be applied on the next recurrence of the scheduled route. Generally, Scheduled routes appear on the Schedule section of the mobile application, on the start time and date specified on the scheduled route.
The supervisor can be informed in real time by an automated e-mail.
You can disable an existing schedule by unchecking "Recurrent", so the schedule won't be active anymore and you won't get alert e-mails. On your web-application, click on "Routes" button and a list of your existing schedules will appear. Select the schedule you want to change, click on "Edit", uncheck "Recurrent" on the pop-up window and press "Confirm".
On your mobile application, on the bottom of your main page, click on "Settings" button. On the Position options section, there is the "Suggested accuracy" choice, which can be set at 10m up to 100m.
On the same section, there is also "Watching location timeout" choice, which is the period of time that the app will wait to get the GPS signal before it will retry, and which can be set at 30 seconds up to 3 minutes. "Check interval" choice refers to the duration of time that will pass until the app will look again for the position of the guard. It also can be set at 30 seconds up to 3 minutes.
The application shows whether or not you have a recent GPS reading on the top left of your screen on the main patrol panel. If you do, a green light will be turned on.
